This temporary program is designed to help facilitate safe, affordable lodging in the community for patients and families from out of the area with a medical emergency or medical appointment until the new Steve Mariucci Family Beacon House opens next to the new hospital. Grand Opening of the new hospitality house is expected in December of 2021.
Through a partnership with Travel Marquette, area hotels and motels provide “Operation Overnight” with their very best rates, to help facilitate reservations and other arrangements for anyone who needs assistance.
“Operation Overnight” office is located in the Upper Peninsula Medical Center, Suite 110, where we help patients and families find the most affordable place to stay, when home is too far away.
